Resilience Advisory relies upon its Managing Director as the point-of-contact for client engagement. Resilience Advisory’s Managing Director brings over thirty-six years of experience working for industry leaders in the fast-moving consumer goods and e-commerce sectors. The breadth of experience over this time includes roles of increasing accountability and organizational impact to include leading cross-geographical and cross-functional teams in Technical, Compliance, and Supply Chain organizations. Roles ranged from serving two senior executives as chief-of-staff and leading strategic and tactical organizational planning (e.g., business planning, resource allocation, succession planning [see Appendix A], and performance tracking) to developing/implementing multiple management systems to defining governance requirements supporting $1BN in annual procurement of retail equipment to enabling performance improvement for 900 manufacturing operations to delivering executive leadership and Board of Director communications.
As a core member of a Corporate Risk Council (CRC), Resilience Advisory’s Managing Director led functional strategic risk assessments and assignment of risk mitigation activities to include plans, accountabilities, and metrics. In addition to CRC membership for more than ten years, beginning in 2010 the Managing Director co-led The Coca-Cola Company’s Incident Management & Crisis Resolution Team that included representing the global technical organization, developing senior leadership communication, improving process workflows, and leading after-action reviews. - Engaged directly with senior leadership (COO, SVP, VP) to communicate incident details including known root cause(s), action plans, path to resolution, and support needed.
- Led global technical teams to ensure effective and efficient response and after-action reviews to issues associated with manufacturing and distribution operations, pandemics and natural. Effort required active engagement with impacted regions, corporate-based resources, and external.
- Developed and implemented the major event risk assessment and led application in advance of high-profile global events that included tracking implemented mitigation plans for identified risks.
- Implemented data analysis process to communicate trends as a means drive system-wide awareness and prevent future incidents.
- Co-led creation and delivery of market-specific capability development programs for the above detailed major events as well as for operations across all geographical regions.
